Coliving
Coliving combines a private room, sometimes with its own bathroom, with shared kitchens, lounges and often coworking space, in a building run for people who want company as well as somewhere to live. It suits remote workers, digital nomads, students and anyone moving to a new city for a month or more who would rather not sign a long lease or live alone.
Coliving spaces vary a lot. Before choosing one, check the minimum stay, what the monthly price includes, such as bills, cleaning and internet, how fast and reliable the internet is, how many people share each kitchen and bathroom, and what the community is like: some spaces are quiet and work-focused, others are social with regular events. Recent reviews from residents are the best guide.
